Our charming house, nestled in the heart of a 3000 m² garden, invites you to an idyllic getaway, combining elegance and country relaxation. Located 1 km from the city center, our house offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Soak up the serenity of the picturesque landscapes that surround our property, and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Inside, our house offers a spacious and elegant space, where every detail has been thought out for your comfort. On the ground floor, a cozy living/dining room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and TV, while our fully equipped kitchen is ready to host your meals with family or friends. Three elegantly appointed bedrooms await you, each offering a luxurious rest area. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms offer comfort with their double bed, a bathroom with double sink and double thermostatic column to meet everyone's needs. Upstairs, the master suite is equipped with a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom. The exterior of our property is a true paradise, with an outdoor pool surrounded by a vast lush garden. The pool is open from May to September (Please note, the opening of the pool is subject to weather and climate conditions). You will only take care of the passage of the landing net. Enjoy relaxing moments on the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue with family or friends. For petanque lovers, part of the parking lot can be used for lively games under the sun. Relax on the deckchairs by the pool, dive into its refreshing waters on sunny days, or explore the picturesque surroundings on foot or by bicycle. With the proximity of local activities, restaurants and tourist attractions, you will always have something to discover during your stay. Linens and towels are provided. A small amount of welcome products/consumables is available to start your stay: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bag, hand soap. A housekeeper will come to do an intermediate cleaning during your stay EVERY Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Guest access The house is at your complete disposal Other things to note In order to continue to guarantee the quality of the accommodation, we ask guests to take the utmost care during their stay: ✘ Parties are not allowed. We have set up an alert system in case of repeated exceeding of the decibel limit (without sound recording). Exclusive ✘ use of the house for guests who have booked. ✘ No smoking inside house. ✘ The house must be returned in order, the dishes washed and put back in their place, the bed linen (duvet cover/sheets/pillowcase) removed and roughly folded, the towels gathered in the bathroom.
