The home is a spacious three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with a floor plan perfect for large gatherings or a retreat. The quietness in the peaceful surroundings also make for the perfect getaway. As you enter the house you will find yourself in an inviting living room with a large Roku Tv to stream your favorite movies and a comfortable sectional sofa. From there you will find the dining table with 4 chairs and a nice size kitchen. The kitchen has your basic needs including pots, pans, dishes, and spices if you feel like cooking. On the counter you will find a coffee maker with coffee pods and a toaster. Down the hall is where you will find the bedrooms along with a half bath and the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and laundry supplies. This room also houses the water heater and furnace. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed, spacious closet with hangers and bins for clothing storage. Bed side tables with lamps and duel plug ins to charge your devices. The master bath is equipped with a tub/shower combo Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with the same features as bedroom 1. Only sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 3. This bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is set up for the kids in mind. This room has a twin bed and full bed with a spacious closet, one table with a lamp and charging station. The back porch is large and lighted with a nice seating arrangement to view the perfect sunsets. You’ll have the entire home and yard to yourself. The home sits on a large farm where you may hear the occasional passerby, but mostly cattle and nature. The yard is boundary fenced but not secure enough to hold a child. Keep that in mind when children are outside playing. The BCR is in the country. We are located 8-10 minutes from town. In town you will find Walmart, local county hospital, some great restaurants and small businesses for shopping. Just a stones throw away there in Raymondville is a locally owned gas station and convenient store, K&R Trading Post. There you will find fresh made sandwiches, snacks, and other needs you may have. Down the road from there you have Acleda’s, a mom and pop style restaurant with a Friday night catfish buffet. You are just miles away from Montauk State Park, the Current River, the Big Piney and many other gems to explore!
