The space We have 3 Apartments at Jujurana Homestay Shoghi - 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK that have been operational for more than a year now. 1) 1BHK Budget Homestay Apartment: • Nature Views from the Large Private Balcony • Rooms with attached bathrooms, balcony, Seti & Side table • Guests can bring their own Towels • Perfect for pit stops, stop over, halts, backpackers and quick weekend getaways! • Value for Money Homestay! • A Hall and adjoining kitchenette with Induction stove and 1 cooking vessel. In case other vessel is required, we can provide depending on availability Extra mattress can be provided based on prior confirmation & availability. 2) Additions: • Bathrooms are equipped with handwash. No shower • The entire property has Free Wifi ! • Body Soap can be provided on Request & Dependent on Availability • Blower can be provided at extra charge ( on availability) Each unit has an emergency light, and extension cords in the rooms ( on availability) 3) In case more than 3 guests are staying overnight, we can provide an extra mattress ( on availability) Suitable for weekend getaways, workcations and long stays. 4) Food : This is an accommodation based Homestay with a basic Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has an Induction stove with 1 cooking vessel. i) Grocery etc can be bought from the main Shoghi market ( 1.5 km or 3-4 mins drive) . Our caretaker can help get groceries or packed food from Dhabas, for a small fee ( depending on his availability) ii) Others go to the Dhabas/Diamond Bakery Shoghi at the market for their meals. iii) The rest sometimes go to Shimla. We do not provide a Cook. 5) Miscellaneous: - We do not have ACs in our homestay in Shoghi/Shimla • 1BHK has a ceiling Fan • 3BHK has a ceiling Fan, Wall Fan and Pedestal Fan in 3 Rooms • 2BHK has a Pedestal Fan in 1Room, and Blower Fan in other Room - We can provide 1 Blower per Apartment ( any extra blower availability depends on other apartments being booked) - We don't have power backup - We have fixed number of Blankets/Comforter per Apartment - Guests can bring their own Towels - Bonfire and loud music is not allowed ( normal level music is fine) - Free PARKING is available for upto 4 cars - Please read description & check photos of the property before booking. - This is a Homestay, and not a Hotel. Guest access Guests can access the entire 1BHK unit privately • 1BHK has access to 1 Rooms, a Hall + Kitchen & large Private Balcony. • Pets will be allowed only based on Prior approval, and a security deposit This is a private property and quiet neighborhood, so loud music/group parties are not allowed. Other things to note • Property has the right to collect INR 2000 anytime during or before check-in. • We have the facility for EV charging ( Electric Car charging) • We do not have electricity backup ( mostly Monsoon season has electricity cuts) • We accept payment via cash or online ( UPI, GPay,Razorpay Link etc). No cards. • In case an extra bed is required, we will provide a floor mattress ( depending on availability) in either the Hall or the Bedroom. • This is a private property and quiet neighborhood, so loud music/group parties are not allowed. • Pets are allowed, only with prior approval and a security deposit • Guests can be removed from the property at immediate notice, and no refund will be provided, if they refuse to pay for additional guests This is a simple accommodation based homestay, with basic amenities. It is suitable for budget travelers visiting the Shimla area. • If any electric equipment is malfunctioning, please inform caretaker. We will try to replace or rectify it. • During Monsoon and shoulder seasons, insects like spiders etc may be visible in spite of cleaning done in the apartment. This is due to the season. Please inform our caretaker to help remove them. Geyser and induction will not work with power. - Smoking is allowed in the balcony. If there is any smoking inside the apartment, we will be raising an INR 1000 invoice through Airbnb • Check-in time is 1-8pm and checkout time is 10.45am - In case there is any issue during your stay, you can inform our caretaker or on Airbnb, during your stay. This could be mechanical, operational or functional items, that can be rectified or replaced, based on availability. Any statements made after your stay in an attempt to seek refund, will require legal documented proof, which the Host will verify, through pics, videos and cctv camera.
