Hauterive Farm Family Suite

Our family home is set in a renovated barn. Located in the countryside, it is only 10 km from Alençon, Sées and Mêle sur Sarthe, and 200 m from the greenway connecting Paris to Mont Saint Michel, in the small village of Hauterive in Normandy. The master suite, which can accommodate 2 to 8 people, is accessible via a staircase located in a barn that leads upstairs, under a glass roof, and serves the bedrooms, kitchen and toilet and shower room. The space Our B&B is a family suite that seats 8. The rate is for one room and 2 people. On an organic farm, on the 1st floor with independent entrance by a large staircase: living room with library and 3 sofas "Le grand Atelier", room "L 'Ethnic" with 1 double bed and 1 single, room "La Cosy" with 1 double bed and crib, bedroom "La Spacious" with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, with a desk and living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom reserved for family suite, separate sanitary facilities. Parking and garden with portico. Please note that the suite is not shared with another group or family. It's exclusively for you! Linens and towels are included in the rate. If you are more than 2 people, we will ask for €20 per night per additional person. On request, we can offer breakfast for €5 per person, in the form of a basket called "Tidej" with organic bread and brioche from the peasant farm next door that makes its flour with a variety of ancient wheat. This formula has the advantage of being taken at the time you want, in the kitchen provided for this purpose. Guest access We will give you the door access code to the ground floor before your arrival. Each room also has its own key. Other things to note Upstairs in our house, completely isolated from the ground floor, the kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, large living room-library and bedrooms are accessible by an independent staircase.
