This quaint, cozy cottage is nestled in a historic neighborhood established in the early 1900s. Come enjoy some peace and quiet, and when you're ready to explore, there are many beautiful wineries, hiking trails, historic sites, restaurants, shopping, etc., that a traveler that are a short drive away. Drive an hour east to find yourself in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Drive 30-60 minutes west to find yourself in Historic Folsom or Downtown Sacramento. We hope you enjoy your stay! The space We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage nestled in the heart of Apple Hill. The living room is spacious with a large TV and seating. The kitchen is complete and ready for cooking. The unit includes washer and dryer in the back. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire house. Parking is in front of the shed or on the street. Please do not park on the dirt driveway
