The space ENTRANCE LEVEL KITCHEN Space around the kitchen table for about 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen with access to both the terrace and the conservatory. High chair available to borrow. CONSERVATORY Room for 6 people, if you open up the glass section, you can seat 10 people. Barbecues are done on the wooden deck below the terrace overlooking the pool. LIVING ROOM Large dining table with room for 10 people. Sofa group and TV. Woodburning stove. BATHROOM Fully tiled with both shower and bathtub. POOL HOUSE Kitchenette with fridge and oven. 2 showers and toilet Sauna overlooking the pool POOL AREA Roll up the pool cover and put it aside. Then just jump in the heated pool. (The pool is closed during the winter months) Sunny and secluded location. Dining area with table and chairs. UPPER FLOOR 3 bedrooms and a toilet on this floor. Child gate for the stairs is available. MASTER BEDROOM Double bed. Balcony. TOILET Guest toilet with sink. BEDROOM 2 105 cm bed (extra mattress available) BEDROOM 3 Blue walls. A 105 cm bed. There is also the possibility of a mattress on the floor. ATTIC Upstairs there is another room with a double bed. There is no door to close. There are bicycles to borrow and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee) Large grocery store and liquor store are only a few minutes walk away. Sea and nice beach and restaurants are about 350 meters from the house.
