Semi-private entrance with shared laundry facilities. Neighborhood is surrounded by box stores within walking distance such as Winners, Micheals, Sportcheck, Walmart, Pembroke mall, Canadian Tire, Home Depot and the LCBO + many more. It’s only a short drive to several amenities and recreation areas such as: Hugli’s Blueberry ranch, Upper Ottawa Valley Heritage Centre, Pembroke Hydro Museum, Pembroke Boardwalk at the Marina. We are very close to the Algonquin trail which is the best way to get downtown by bicycle. Restaurants within walking distance include Boston Pizza, Stacked pancake house, Popeyes chicken, and a 2 minute walk to Tim Hortons. We are on a dead end street that is very quiet after The Home Depot closes. Other things to note We operate a before and after school home daycare for school aged kids during the week and this older home resonates footsteps and some sounds. The unit is properly insulated for noise reduction. We operate between 7-9 am, and 3-5 pm.
