Ancient courtyard with splendid view of the lake directly on the main square of Siviano, capital of Monte Isola. The island, also called the "Pearl of Sebino", is the place where Christo's masterpiece "The Floating Piers" was created. Being the main square it is possible to find the main services just outside the door (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, butcher shop famous for typical cured meats and cheeses, greengrocer, bus stop, town hall, post office, medical clinic, etc.) The space Villa furnished, a beautiful garden with a splendid view over the entire lake from south (Iseo) to north (Riva di Solto), and an outbuilding for bicycles and/or bulky things. In case it is occupied, it is possible to ask for the availability of the adjacent house within the same courtyard that can accommodate 6 persons (kitchenette, dining room, bathroom, cellar and 3 bedrooms) Guest access Access to all parts of the villa, the two gardens and vegetable garden Other things to note The house offers the possibility to rent two electric bikes (xpbikes_/bikes/i-md9-unisex/) for adults, and two traditional bikes for children. Cost of electric bikes: 30€ a day per e-bike for the first 3 days, and then 10€ a day (125€ per week, but we can agree further discount if your stay last for more than a week). Plus deposit: 200€ per e-bike (for the case of theft of damages). The use of the two bikes for children is included in the cost of the e-bikes. Please note that in general, for a rule in force in Monte Isola, tourists are not allow to take bikes out of the isle on ferryboat during the weekends in late spring/summer (too many people on the ferryboat). As for Casa dell’Uva’s e-bike, we ask not to take the bikes out of the isle also during the other days, because the risk of theft is very high and the deposit doesn’t cover the cost of the bikes. The house also offers the use – free of charge - of two berths for canoes, sup, boats, etc. The first one is based in Sensole at the buoy No. 2; the second one is based in Peschiera Maraglio, at the poles at No. 26.
