This house is about a 13-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It is across from Shosei-en (Kikoku Residence), so you can see the bamboo forest of Shosei-en (Kikoku Residence) from the living room. Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Gion, Chion-in Temple, Nishiki Market, Kennin-ji Temple, etc. are nearby. Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo Station (9 minutes walk), Subway Gojo Station (9 minutes walk), Kawaramachi Shomen bus stop (1 minute walk). Free bicycles are available. The space There is a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor, which is convenient for wheelchair users and elderly guests. There are no stairs, so it is easy for elderly guests to use. The barrier-free room on the first floor has two single beds, a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second floor has a kitchen, bath, toilet, washbasin, and living room. There are three bedrooms on the third floor, two rooms with one double bed each, and three rooms with three single beds. For reservations of up to 5 people, the beds on the first floor cannot be used unless requested. The bath, toilet, and washbasin can be used. For 6 to 7 guests, beds on the first floor will be provided. For 8 to 9 guests, two guests will use the double beds. Guest access You may use the entire building, but for reservations of up to 7 people, beds will not be prepared in the barrier-free room on the 1st floor. Please let us know in advance if you would like to accommodate elderly guests. For 1-5 people, the beds on the 3rd floor will be used. For 6-7 people, the beds on the 3rd floor and the two beds on the 1st floor will be used. For 8-9 people, the two double beds on the 3rd floor will be used by 4 people. Please let us know in advance if you have a guest in a wheelchair. This is an exclusive accommodation, so there will be no other guests staying. Other things to note Please refrain from making loud noises or speaking loudly after 10pm. Please be aware that noises made with the windows open may disturb the neighbors. Smoking is prohibited inside the building, including the balcony. There is an ashtray in front of the entrance (outside), so please smoke in front of the ashtray. If you have a wheelchair user, please let us know in advance. Normally, the bath, washbasin, and toilet on the first floor are available for use, but beds are not provided. This is available for groups of 6 or more, but if you have elderly guests or others who would like to use the beds on the first floor, please let us know in advance. Please send us a message in case of any sudden trouble. If your trash is full during your stay, please contact us and we will collect it. *Kyoto City accommodation tax is required separately, so please pay it on site.
