Ca la Mariana

The house is situated in the old town. It's an ideal place to rest and unwind in contact with nature. It is a century-old house that exudes calm and tranquility, renewing you inside and out. The space Ca la Mariana is a spacious and comfortable village house renovated in 2011. It has 4 floors of 60 m2 each, two balconies and a terrace. The ground floor has a foyer. The next floor is an open floor, with a kitchen-dining room and a fireplace. There is a room with a double bed and a small but full bathroom. The floor opens onto a small balcony. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. A room with a double bed overlooking a small balcony and a suite room with a double bed with a full bathroom. Both rooms can add a 90 cm bed. The top floor is an open floor plan. At the entrance there is the washing machine and in a separate space there are 2 bunk beds of 2 beds each and a terrace. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. Other things to note The house is located in Organyà, a small village with an interesting medieval center but with all the amenities you may need, as well as shops and bars. It is 20 minutes from La Seu d'Urgell and 40 minutes from Andorra. Located at the gateway to the Pyrenees and a treasure of calm and tranquility. It is also a popular place for climbers who can choose between Santa Fe, Tres Ponts, Col de Nargo and Narieda, in the village of Fígols. And many more climbing routes within a short drive. And for those who love hot air, the Organya Mountains are home to paragliding, where the unique geography means there is a constant elevation on the mountain of 3500 feet. In the winter months, for skiing, snowboarding and other winter activities, you can be on the ski slopes of Andorra, Port del Comte, La Molina, Llavorsí, Font Romeu and the Nordic ski resort of Tuixent-La Vansa in just over an hour.
