Greensboro – Female Guest Only I have 2 private bedrooms available with 1 shared hallway bathroom (shared with one guest). Furniture: One bed. Shared Spaces: Bathroom. This is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in a neighborhood near the I-840 Loop. Cone Hospital is 8 miles away; UNCG is 12 miles. Note: I’ve had a past guest who chose to leave two negative reviews after overstaying and refusing to leave at checkout. During your stay Host Info: I live onsite in the master bedroom with my own private bath. My children are here part-time, and we are rarely home (except for the month of May, I had to work from home and it was temporary). Guests may have occasional visitors with prior notice and within GUEST rules. To help keep the carpets clean, please consider removing your shoes indoors. Keep your rented space and shared areas clean. Please do not request personal errands or favors (e.g., picking up items or handling tech issues). 🚗 Parking Parking is limited. One parking space is allowed per room. Please do not block other vehicles or take additional spots without prior approval. 👥 Guests & Visitors No unregistered guests without approval. One overnight guest allowed for up to 5 nights per month (maximum 3 nights in a row). Additional guests require written approval. 🧼 Shared Areas Kitchen, laundry, dining room, and living room may be used respectfully when available. Please clean up immediately after using the kitchen or laundry. Laundry should not be left unattended for extended periods. Please check in with the host if shared space is needed, to ensure it’s convenient. 🛠️ Maintenance & Care Report any issues as soon as possible. Be mindful of plumbing, only flush toilet paper to prevent clogs. Any damage from negligence may result in charges. 📦 Storage & Changes No storage outside of your assigned room.
