This apartment consists on the first floor of a modern and functional building, located in the countryside of San Jose but still very close to the city. This is an eco-building. We have solar heater. We separate the garbage and produce fruits and vegetables within the finca. The space It is a new, modern apartment, with contemporary design and wide spaces that accommodates 4 people. The living room has large windows that allows the natural light all day. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities needed to spend a pleasant time: fridge, dishwasher, stove and gas oven, coffee maker, and full tableware. Leaving the kitchen you will reach a terrace with table and chairs surrounded by a beautiful garden, ideal for breakfast or coffee. The apartment consists on a main bedroom with 2 beds, a large walking closet, and a spacious full bathroom veneered in natural stone and wooden meson. The additional room has an exit to the garden, has 2 beds and closet, and shares the social bath. The laundry area is wide, with washing pile, washing machine and dryer. There are 3-4 parking lots within the propriety. The property is surrounded by lush gardens that house birds and butterflies all year round. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and will get the keys when you arrive. You can feel free to use all the amenities. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat
