Cozy 4-room apartment between lake & mountain! 3 double beds

You will enjoy a fully equipped apartment, not overlooked, with beautiful views of the mountains, a few minutes from the first hiking trails and 10 minutes from Lake Leman! The space This apartment is not only a guest house, it is also my place of life all year round that I enjoy making available to travelers when I am away (this is also the initial spirit of Airbnb). It is therefore a different place from a home dedicated only to short-term rentals, sometimes impersonal, where travelers come and go; you will therefore find my tastes, some personal belongings that I leave in place and my inspirations! This mode of operation may surprise some guests, which is why I would like to clarify this so that you can book with full knowledge of the facts. That said, my apartment is newly built, with a surface area of 90 m2 and consists of: - a living room: seating area, dining table and open and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle) -a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bed 140x190 and 1 clic clac convertible bed 140x 190) - Ideal for a family or 3 couples for example. A crib (with a comfortable mattress included) is also available upon request. Linens and duvets of all beds are provided. - A fully renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Bath towels provided (one per person). - Separate toilet (and original!) - There's plenty of storage to put your bags! - Large balcony of 20m2 facing south with umbrella. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, access by badge. Many shops are located 5 minutes from the apartment: 2 supermarkets, bakery, wine cellar, tobacco/press, Lebanese caterer (excellent by the way!) The accommodation does not include parking but there are available and free spaces in front of the building. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. The reception can be done in two different ways depending on your desires and my possibilities: - either on site by myself (if I am available that day) - or self check-in via a lockbox (instructions are sent by message the day before) Registration Details 74281000286E5
