Cosy Modern Escape on the Downs

Escape to our spacious, modern three-bed family home in a charming Sussex village, minutes from the Downs Link. Unwind watching a movie on the projector, or make an espresso in the fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have singles. Enjoy views of the landscaped garden, brave the plunge pool, and benefit from convenient off-street parking. Plus plenty of room for four legged friends. The space Welcome to our spacious, modern three-bedroom home in a charming Sussex village. The modern kitchen diner is fully equipped with grill and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and an Italian espresso machine. We'll even provide you with some of our favourite coffee to get you going. There's a big farmhouse table that seats 6 comfortably. And we have enough place settings (and cookware!) for you to cook up and serve a feast. There's also a gas, four burner BBQ outside that you're welcome to use. Put your feet up in the bright, cozy living room with its own mini library and reading chair, or watch Netflix on the tv on the large corner sofa - perfect for snuggling. We also have a projector which you can use to project movies (you need to provide the laptop though). We’ve worked hard to make our ensuite main bedroom comfortable with its king-sized Loaf bed complete with Emma memory foam mattress and goose down duvet. The black out curtains ensure you get a good nights sleep. There is also a desk in the room and we have superfast Broadband in case you need to get some work done (but don’t work too hard!). The ensuite has a power shower and of course - large fluffy towels. We’ve locked up the closet so you can make full use of the space so please make full use of the drawers - they've all been left clear for you to use. There is spare linen in the bottom drawer. The first single bedroom has been recently done and features a cabin bed with a brand new single mattress. There’s also plenty of drawers and… a secret room for little ones to explore underneath with LED lights and glow in the dark stars. It’s a perfect little hideaway. The second single bedroom has a single bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, cozy duvet, and plenty of blankets if needed. There’s another desk here you can use complete with LED lights with lots of different settings. There’s also spare bedding in the white unit in the baskets. The bathroom next door has all you need for a nice bath or you can use the handheld shower for a quick rinse off. Spare towels are in the linen closet in between the two bedrooms. Outside, enjoy the newly landscaped garden with large outside eating area and lounge space with hanging egg chair and corner sofa. Just remember to put the covers back on in the evening or in case it rains. If you're feeling braze there's a plunge pool for you to dip into. It's not heated so it's very refreshing! It can be filled from the hose next to the outdoor table. Just please remember to empty it before the next guest arrives. At the front there's room at the side of the house for one car in its own private driveway. This also doubles as a mini basket ball court so do please feel free to practice your three pointers. There's also plenty of free street parking as well in front of the house and to the side. I’m Guest access You're free to use the whole house.
