Welcome to an 80 m2 family home, located on a quiet street, ensuring absolute calm for your stay. You will feel in the countryside while having the shops less than 500 m away, and Belfort is a 7-minute drive or 15 minutes by public transport (Bus). The accommodation is very bright. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, with warm and welcoming living spaces. The house offers a relaxing atmosphere just a short walk from Belfort and Montbéliard. The large 35 m2 living room bathed in natural light, opens onto a spacious terrace and garden, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, with warm and welcoming living spaces. Despite the peaceful setting, you're only 500 meters from essential shops, allowing you to easily stock up: Pharmacy, supermarket, bank, tobacco, hairdresser... In addition, Belfort is within easy reach: 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus. The house has been recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals like at home (stove, oven, range hood, fridge, microwave, DELONGHI bean coffee machine) I provide a plancha, raclette service and pancake party. In addition, you will have access to free Wi-Fi, ideal for staying connected during your stay. You also have access to NETFLIX. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a dressing room. Bed linens are provided. If you are traveling with your baby, I put at your disposal (on request) a baby kit consisting of a baby bed, a high chair and a bathtub. The bathroom consists of a shower and sink and is equipped with a hairdryer. Towels and shower gel are provided. The toilets are independent. In the basement, a washing machine is at your disposal. The house is located in a residential area, please respect the calm and tranquility of the premises. Our animal friends are welcome. You can park your vehicle in the private and closed courtyard with a small gate Guest access Guests will have independent access to the house thanks to a code box. Other things to note Parties or any illegal activity are prohibited. It is forbidden to smoke in the house. It is strictly forbidden to recharge your electric vehicle.
