Welcome to Gufetto! It is a large private room with a bathroom, inside a 1900s building that has been expertly renovated. It is located on the first floor and there are two views with balconies, which give brightness. There is an indoor parking lot. Ideal for a couple or for parents with a small child. The house is a short walk from the center, where there are bars, restaurants, shops: about 5 minutes away there is the train station, which connects Turin, the airport, and Venaria Reale. The space The Gufetto consists of a large room, which has two opposite views with a balcony, one on a public street, the other on an internal courtyard. Inside the room, in addition to a double bed, there is a relaxation area, with two comfortable armchairs to enjoy a hot tea, a large wardrobe with wooden hangers and finally an area for work or hobbies, with a coffee table and home-made chairs. The room, being very large, allows you to have a lot of space: a stand-up shuttle is available upon request. Finally, there is a small but well-equipped bathroom, consisting of a large shower, where there are the bath and shampoo dispensers, the sink, the bidet and the toilet. Guest access The outdoor area, except for the parking space, is for the exclusive use of the ground floor, which is permanently inhabited by a tenant. It is therefore not usable by guests. To date, we are finishing some work in the outdoor courtyard, so we apologize for any inconvenience: any work does not interfere with your stay. On the ground floor, on the same floor as the room and on the upper floor there are other real estate units, which are not accessible to guests as they are private property.
