Welcome to our stylish, newly renovated Remise – a retreat with design, comfort and nature. High-quality real wood parquet, elegant interior, fireplace, Klönschnacktür, underfloor heating, 60 m² south and east terrace as well as a high-quality bathroom with rain shower ensure a special living experience. The Remise is located directly on the natural biosphere pond, embedded in the nature of our farm with ducks and chickens – ideal for couples or small families. The space Our stylish apartment on our farm offers an open, harmonious feeling of space and plenty of space to relax on 79 square meters. The spacious living area with cozy sofa corner, fireplace and direct access to the terrace flows smoothly into the bright dining area and the modern, open-plan kitchen – ideal for a breakfast overlooking the countryside. A separate, quiet sleeping room with a comfortable double bed invites you to sleep in. The modern bathroom impresses with a walk-in rain shower, stylish details and lots of daylight. The entrance area is connected by a charming hallway that directs the view into the open living space and creates a pleasant atmosphere. A special highlight is the 50 m² sun terrace with a direct view of the idyllic pond – perfect for relaxing hours in the sun, a good book or an open-air dinner. The rooms combine natural materials, high-quality design and rural charm – ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy comfort and nature alike. For electric cars, a Tesla Wallbox is available, which can of course also charge other electric vehicles with up to 11 kW/h with compatible plugs. You can choose: The cost is 29 euros per charge or 0.37 euros/kW/h Guest access You have the entire remise with a bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a small hallway with a closet and wardrobe as well as the living-dining area with a sofa bed that can be booked for 2 more people. The wrap-around wooden terrace offers views to the south and west of the extensive nature and our biosphere pond with our running ducks. Other things to note The remise is located directly on the grounds of our farm. If you are traveling with children, please note that certain areas (e.g. the biosphere pond or the barns) are not suitable for children for safety reasons. Chickens and running ducks are kept on the farm, which lay fresh eggs for you every day. At the Remise there are two free parking spaces, others we will show you on request on the back of the courtyard. If you arrive with an electric car, a TESLA wallbox with up to 22 kW/h is available. If you arrive with friends who are traveling by motorhome, for example, this can also be parked in the courtyard. Power connection and filling of the fresh water tank for motorhomes as well as use of the modern and newly renovated sanitary facilities in May 2023 are possible for these additional guests for a small fee.
