Sablière Mill

This house is built around an old 19th century windmill, in the Pays de Monts marsh, 2 minutes from the village of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. It offers a large garden with a furnished terrace, as well as a large plot of land where some 2 goats and 3 sheep graze perfectly autonomously :). Four bicycles (2 adults and 2 children) are available for walks in the marsh, to go to the market or the beach, just 10 minutes away by pedaling.
