Welcome! Make this stunning studio apartment your home away from home. Nestled on 2 acres, the villa is surrounded by luscious nature with sunset and partial sea views. You will be only 15mins drive away from the resort town of Negril and 45mins drive away from Montego Bay, the second city, with a direct highway connection. The studio is self-contained with private, self-check in access, ample parking and 24/7 surveillance. We speak English, Italian and Spanish! The space The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our 2-story villa and surrounded by beautiful Jamaican greenery. The entire property is family owned and undergoing slow but steady improvements as resources will allow. We are Jamaican and Italian natives with a deep appreciation for nature and honest work. We still have a little ways to go to polish all the villa's edges, as such, we hope for you to experience our home for the hidden gem that it is, while we continue to work on the last touches. That being said, your studio apartment is fully completed and ready to welcome you for your stay. The decor is a mixture of modern and traditional Jamaican style, punctuated by views that you can enjoy at all hours, from all 3 large windows. If you will be approaching our property on foot rather than driving up the hill, please be prepared for an inclined drive way which may not be suitable for some travellers. If you visit the studio during Mango Season (usually April-June) you can look forward to enjoying a delicious mango with your stay (availability may vary due to the unpredictability of nature). Guest access ► Studio - You have access to the studio which is equipped with a private kitchenette, dining space, work station and bathroom. ► Public Beach Access - The property is 5-minutes drive from local and paid beaches. Reach out to us for more details if you wish to visit any of these locations. ► Porch - You can use the porch 24/7 (keeping quiet hours in mind). The porch also leads to your private entrance. ► Front Yard - Feel free to explore the front and side yards, take recreational photos of the views and enjoy the tropical climate. ► Outdoor Dining Area - We welcome you to utilize the outdoor dining area. Just keep in mind that due to the tropical climate, native insects may appear. Other things to note → The studio is located at the front of a villa which is still undergoing finishing aesthetic work. There will be no construction noise but the outer facade will not look fully completed. → The studio will be clean and stocked when you arrive, however, housekeeping is not included in your stay. This is only done at an additional cost and within the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. → This is a ground floor studio. Only the windows located near the dining area and in the bathroom may be opened, provided that the insect screens are kept closed. → Please do not eat on the bed. You may use the designated dining areas in the studio, on the porch or outside. → Please ensure AC, TV, Stove, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Ceiling Fan and Lights are turned off before leaving to conserve energy and prevent damage. We will enter the empty studio to turn these items off if you fail to do so when leaving. → Please do not use towels to clean makeup, surfaces or shoes. → Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio, but may be done outside. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts, do not litter.
