Along the entire plot boundary there are hedges, and apart from the driveway and courtyard there is grass. Very good sun conditions throughout the day. You can see some of the Oslofjord from the porch, which otherwise has a nice view without a house in front. Guest access Both house and property are available for guests, but garage, shed and 2 rooms inside will not be available for guests.
