Relax with the whole family or take some time alone and enjoy with all the mod cons of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, mains hot and cold water, centrally heated, fully equipped kitchen and a wooden deck looking directly out onto fields. 4 miles from Solihull town centre with easy access to Henley in Arden, Shakespeare Country Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle and many other beautiful villages. M42 is a 10 min drive, NEC 15 min drive. The space The space is beautifully decorated and designed with comfort in mind and completely centrally heated. - Main bedroom has a double bed with 400 thread count egyptian bedding, a dressing table, fitted wardrobes with hangers, an ensuite with full bathtub/shower, spacious vanity area and top quality towels. - Second bedroom is a very comfortable double bed. This room also has a built in wardrobe, a small vanity area and more storage above. - Main bathroom consists of full size shower, vanity unit and ultra soft luxury towels. - Kitchen is a fully fitted, well equipped, modern kitchen with a full size dishwasher, integrated side by side fridge and freezer, gas hob/oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of utensils, pots, and pans... so if you fancy dining in there's everything you need to create delicious meals and to enjoy in the separate dining area on a table for four... and not forgetting your welcome basket of treats! - The cosy living area has patio doors that open onto the deck which looks out over the fields, there's a two seater sofa and two more wing chairs for your comfort and an electric fire place and a smart tv with fire stick. - Outside you have a full length wrap wooden deck with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, a cup of tea while enjoying the tranquility of the open fields with plenty of wild life. The lodge is situated close to the main house but will not impact on your privacy. N.B We are currently going through a rewilding process on our land with some light construction but rest assured this will not impact on your visit as no work will take place while visiting. Guest access The entire lodge and decking area. Other things to note EV Charger. We have a project EV charger attached to our house, and can offer guests overnight electric vehicle charging subject to prior arrangement. There will be a charge (no pun intended) for this. Please contact us if this is of interest. We will allow one SMALL well behaved dog, please confirm the breed and size prior to booking, pre-approval will be required…. We do requests that they are kept OFF furniture and beds and NOT left unattended in the property... I do supply doggy bed/bowls/blankets/poo bags for your convenience… Please clean/pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a small cockapoo, Sadie, who lives in the main house, she is fully vaccinated and very friendly.
