A typical 2 storey fisherman’s cottage which has been sympathetically modernised & comfortably furnished. The property is situated in a quiet position close to the Moray Firth with sea views from the main bedroom & is ideally situated to take advantage of the many sporting, cultural & scenic attractions in NE Scotland. For those who like to eat out the area offers a wide choice and for self caterers there are plenty supermarkets. A local shop and bus stop are a few minutes walk away. The space A traditional fishing cottage redecorated at the end of 2024. The property is well equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. The property sleeps 4. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge and a double bedroom and a single bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and have space to hang clothes with the main bedroom having a walk in wardrobe. The main bedroom has a hairdryer provided. Extra blankets can be found in the drawers under each bed if required. The bathroom is upstairs and is very spacious. It has a separate walk in shower cubicle and a bath. Please note there is a step down into the bathroom and up to the toilet. Down stairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker and a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets . There are pegs, a vacuum cleaner and a dustpan and brush under the sink. Outside the back door is a rotary washing line. Please note there is a step up to access the kitchen. There is a variety of kitchen utensils, glassware and crockery to make your stay comfortable. The property has a small separate dining area between the lounge and the kitchen and protective table mats are provided. The lounge has just been redecorated and is a light, bright and comfortable room. There is ample seating provided and the television with Amazon fire stick and access to Netflix is in the lounge. The property has a small first aid kit and emergency sewing kit in the drawer in the unit in the hallway. The property is ideally situated a stones throw from the Moray coast, half way between Aberdeen and Inverness. It is close to both airports, is on a bus route which is a minutes walk away and has a well stocked corner shop within a few minutes walking distance. Golf, walking and climbing, castles and whisky trails are all easily accessed from the property and it is close to some of the most picturesque seaside villages in Moray.
