The space 🛶 Outdoor Amenities & Water Fun Enjoy 2 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, and 1 paddle board stored on a kayak rack—recommended for two people to safely remove and place them. A 4-person hot tub awaits for relaxing evenings; keeping debris out is appreciated. The sun deck above the boathouse offers stunning sunset views, peaceful morning yoga, or quiet moments in cottage country. Feel free to use the boathouse to store your boat or secure it to the dock beside it. 🔥 Evening Comforts & Entertaining Spaces Plenty of stacked wood is available for cozy fires—just remember to keep chairs a safe distance from the flames. A large gazebo with mosquito netting provides shaded space for outdoor dining or entertaining. Cushions are stored in the deck box for your comfort. 🌬️ Indoor Comfort & Climate Control Ceiling light/fans in each room are operated by remotes mounted in holders—just flip the wall switch and choose your setting. Outdoor pot lights at the front and back are dimmable. Phantom screens on both entry doors slide easily for a refreshing breeze. Remotes for air conditioning/heating, TV, and fireplace are located on the table behind the sofa. Baseboard heaters with WiFi thermostats are installed in the Muskoka room, bathroom, and master bedroom. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements We accommodate up to 4 guests with 3 beds: - 1 queen bed - 1 double bed with a trundle single underneath - 1 pull-out sofa bed in the Muskoka room All beds come with linens and pillows. Flat sheets and pillows are provided for the sofa bed. You're welcome to bring extra flat sheets or blankets if needed. 🦺 Safety & Extras In the woodshed, near the kayak rack, you'll find life jackets and pool noodles for added water safety. Other things to note Guests with accessibility requirements may be able to use this property without many difficulties. All efforts have been made to provide as much accessibility direct from driveway parking spot in front of entry door with minimal steps into the cottage. Full gently sloped access direct down to waters edge and fire pit.
