The south-facing living room is filled with natural light through large windows, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. Up to 3 cars can park on-site free of charge, making it convenient for those traveling by car. Inside, all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay year-round. If guests stay without prior notice, an additional charge of 10,000 JPY per person per night + Airbnb service fees will apply, and the case may be reported to Airbnb. For security purposes, an outdoor camera is installed to monitor the number of people entering and exiting. 【Smoking & Noise After 9 PM】 This is a residential area, so please avoid talking on the phone or chatting for long periods in front of the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Open flames are also prohibited. If smoking is detected, you may be asked to leave immediately. Parties are strictly prohibited. This accommodation is not suitable for groups of university students or party-style stays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 【Security Camera】 For safety and security, a camera is installed outside the entrance. Other things to note 【Hot Water Supply】 Our home uses an energy-efficient EcoCute hot water system. The tank stores approximately 600 liters of hot water per day. You can check the remaining hot water on the bathroom controller labeled “Hot Water Level (湯量メモリ)”. If the amount becomes low, press the “24-hour Reheat (24時間湧き増し)” button on the controller. It takes about 3–5 hours to fully refill, but hot water will gradually be added. For a comfortable stay, please keep an eye on the remaining water level and use hot water accordingly. 【No Pajamas Provided】 Pajamas, yukata, and sleepwear are not provided, so please bring your own. 【About Insects】 Because the house is surrounded by fields, insects may occasionally appear. We take preventive measures, but some may enter when doors or windows are opened.
