The comfortable living room is perfect for a movie night on the reclining sectional couch. The sofa can comfortably sleep 2 people if need be. There's also a nice patio out back which accommodates outdoor dining with a gas grille. The laundry area is available to any guests and is located in a shared space. The basement unit of the house is a separated living space and occupied with a long-term guest. Both units have entirely separate entrances. A laundry area is provided but is located in a shared space! The basement unit and occupant does not have any entrance or overlap with your space! Their entrance is through the side door which passes through the shared laundry area opposite from your entrance. Other things to note Be aware of possible road work related delays or detours in route near the home. Please reach out if you’re in need of direction getting to the place. There is a pole barn at the top of the driveway which is occasionally used for maintenance and repairs to our lawn and landscaping company equipment. If you see someone pulling a truck in or out of the barn, don't mind them. They shouldn't be any inconvenience to you.
