"The Little Barn" Quiet countryside apartment

Welcome to La Petite Grange, a newly renovated gîte, in the quiet countryside of Arras. In an independent part of our barn, you will enjoy a new and functional two-story apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people (maximum 5). It is located in the center of the village, 10 minutes from Arras, 30 minutes from Lille and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Côte d'Opale. It is also located in the heart of the main historical sites of remembrance and battle of the First World War. The space Each room of the gîte has been carefully furnished, creating a warm and "natural" atmosphere, to offer you maximum comfort and relaxation. The ground floor consists of a large entrance, including a small reception room and a multi-game table for young and old. On the 1st floor you will find: - the LIVING ROOM: sofa convertible into a 160 cm bed for an extra bed more suitable for children or young adults (⚠️ 13 cm mattress in 1 piece, but which does not equal the comfort of a classic thick mattress) TV, internet. - an EQUIPPED KITCHEN: dishwasher, combination oven, induction cooktop, fridge, toaster, croque-monsieur machine, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, basic necessities: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea. - BATHROOM: large shower, vanity, dressing room, washing machine. - a separate toilet. On the second floor: - a large BEDROOM with a 160 cm bed for 2 people, a 90 cm bed for 1 person, a desk area, and a Velux overlooking the countryside. The bedding in the room is of hotel quality and has been carefully chosen: Linvosges linen, and Emma hybrid mattress ranked No. 1 "Best mattress" in France in 2024. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats and dish towels are included. We also provide you with a baby kit upon request (baby bed, mattress, highchair, baby bath, etc.) *Whether professional, family, or simply to discover our region, "la petite grange" is the perfect place to ensure your stay, in the heart of our charming village labeled Village Patrimoine.* Guest access The accommodation has a separate entrance. Free parking is available just in front of the house. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. We do not allow pets. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
