The Old Garden Studio Apartment is on ground level and forms part of the old stable block of the Clanna Country estate dating back to the 1850's. The studio provides an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and history of the area while offering a warm and welcoming place to return to after a day of adventure. The space This charming Studio (ground level) provides a cosy space with modern amenities, making it ideal for solo travellers or couples. The open-plan layout maximizes the space, featuring a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a stylish living area and shower ensuite. The large patio doors allow natural light to flood the room. Situated in the Forest of Dean this property offers you a peaceful and picturesque country retreat with full access to the walled garden & orchard Clanna Ponds and Woods are within walking distance offering plenty of nice walks, cycling and picnic areas. Guests have shared access to our onsite games room, which is located next door to 'The Studio' Games include Pool, darts, ping pong and so much more. The studio is located beneath our other holiday let apartment, we ask all guests to be respectful with noise levels and the games area is open between noon and 10pm. Nearby are Lydney Golf Course, Go Ape, Cannop Cycle Centre Fishing Ponds, Horse Riding and plenty of other outdoor activities. The Towns/Cities of Chepstow, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Bristol are all within 1 hours drive. Close by there are several restaurants and takeaways and the closest town of Lydney has a few supermarkets too. There is plenty of room for parking on a gated driveway in a very safe area. We are able to provide a lockable space for bicycles. We are pet friendly, a bed/blanket, water bowl and poop bags are provided. Please note due to our location the Internet can be slow Thankyou Guest access Guests will have access to a key safe to give flexibility of any arrival time. You will be able to use the games room which includes a Pool Table, Table Tennis, board games, a cosy snug and so much more. Please be aware that use of this facility is at your own risk, so we do ask you to supervise your children at all times here as well as everywhere else onsite. Please note that this is a shared space between all onsite guests but can be accessed by you directly from the studio, via a lockable door. Other guests have access via separate entrance. Opening times for this facility 12.00pm - 10.00pm Other things to note Towels are included in all our properties. Internet can be slow. Other properties may have pets staying with them so we ask for all pets to be on a lead when in communal areas, except for the walled garden where they can run freely.
