Access to the 40 m² outbuilding is independent. Enjoy our enclosed garden in continuity with the terrace (with deckchairs and barbecue). You will have an office area (Internet), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (walk-in shower), and 2x2 beds (bench and sofa bed). Bed linen provided. We are located in the village (shops within walking distance), close to Nantes (15 min), the airport (20 min), the coast (40 min), Clisson (20 min) or Puy du Fou (50 min). The space The outbuilding is designed as a studio with a large living room. Wi-Fi access + wired Internet + Smart TV (Amazon stick). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an induction hob (2 burners). The main accessories (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and various utensils) are available. The bathroom has a washing machine. Cozy, warm and quiet atmosphere. Small private wooden terrace overlooking our garden. Barbecue available (upon request).
