Strawberry place in beautiful Brantevik

The house is located with sea view in the southern harbor of Brantevik. To the south is the swimming area at Vejakåsen (rock pool) and the beautiful green area Grönet, which invites you to take walks by the sea. To the north, the bike path leads to Simrishamn. There is an old fisherman's house, carefully renovated to maintain the old style, with dining room, library, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with two beds. In a lush garden is a brewery with two beds upstairs (steep stairs) and a sofa bed downstairs. The space The dining room, with windows facing the sea and the harbor in Brantevik, is furnished with an old-fashioned sideboard, 6 chairs and a sofa. The library, with two reading armchairs and a wood-burning stove, has bookshelves with many books that are of course are completely free for reading. The living room contains a sofa, table and chairs for socializing or watching TV. The TV channels are the basic range. However, there is Wi-Fi and there is an opportunity to connect to other channels. There is a fireplace, which can be lit if it feels chilly. There is central heating, geothermal heating, in the residential building. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a small dresser for clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is also in an old-fashioned style with a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet as well as a washing machine. In the lush garden is a brewery, which is now decorated with a bedroom in the loft, a double bed. To the loft there is a rather steep staircase. On the lower floor there is a room with a corner sofa, which with mattresses becomes two single beds. In the brewery house there is electricity but no water and sewage. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the large house. A stove is also available in the brewery. The houses are located on a wonderful, secluded lush plot, with a central yet quiet location in Brantevik. Guest access It's my dream house, which I've owned for 20 years, which you can rent when I'm not there. You will have access to all the spaces for your own use as well as a parking space for one car. The garden with comfortable seating in all directions, a brewery and a small orangery are also available. Over the years, I have carefully renovated and restored the house, but with modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, as well as parts of fridge and freezer. Since I myself will be staying there for a certain period of time, there are some food items left. Other things to note The houses are non-smoking and small pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests clean up after themselves, full support equipment is available in the cleaning cabinet. If possible, cleaning can be purchased at an additional cost.
