Ramevivo is a very bright space and will welcome you with its warm and lively colors to make you feel immediately the feeling of welcome and warmth. The space Ramevivo is located halfway between the sea and the mountains. Its location makes it perfect both for those who want to discover the relaxing hills of Romagna and for those who choose the perpetual call of the sea. The large terrace will allow you to enjoy the cool summer evenings and take advantage of the sunny days to enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors. The garage will be at your disposal and you can safely leave bicycles, motorcycles or any other object, even bulky. Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your disposal, including the garage, where you can park your vehicle or leave your bicycles when you are not using them. You can leave your car or motorcycle in the private parking lot, right in front of the garage entrance. You will also find free parking on the street without any problems. Other things to note The price includes costs for cleaning , household utilities and the tourist tax, equal to €1.5 per night for the first 7 nights, per guest - established by the Municipality of Gatteo with resolution of the City Council no.41 of November 29, 2023. The period in which the tourist tax is in force in the Municipality of Gatteo is from April 1 to September 30 inclusive. Ramevivo has no TV and air conditioning system. No pets allowed. Body and home detergents are always available: - body soap -shampoo - intimate detergent -Hand soap - Towels and bed linen - linens for the kitchen - Hair dryer - dishwashing detergent In the kitchen area, in addition to coffee, you will always have tea , infusions and herbal teas to give you a break in total relaxation.
