My sweet Fenière

Hello 😊 Come and relax in our small, quiet and pleasant cocoon ❤️, located in the heart of Auvergne between Clermont-Ferrand and Brioude, next to the Issoire water sports center and 15 minutes from the Vernet la Varenne swimming and tree climbing area. Also close to the Ardes-sur-Couze wildlife park 🐆🦒 Or even the Vallée des Saints. 45 minutes from Super-Besse, a ski resort that is lively in both summer and winter! ... ... something to please everyone ☺️! The space Old little Fenière completely renovated by our little hands . On the ground floor, under a cool, cozy and comfortable vaulted space, you will find a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, as well as its mini living room. Please note, access to the upper floor is via a staircase with Japanese steps, as shown in the photos... (Not recommended in this case for people with reduced mobility or who are afraid of heights, and for very young children...) Upstairs, there is a relaxation area with the bedroom open to the bathroom and a whirlpool tub for your utmost comfort ♥️... In addition, a UV-resistant one-way mirror film and a mosquito net are installed on the upstairs window, and a fan is provided for hot weather. 😌🙏 Possibility of converting the small sofa on the ground floor into an extra bed of 90 x 183 cm for a child or teenager if needed. Bed sheets are provided as well as two 70x140 bath towels and 2 hand towels , but also classic linens (bath mat, hand towel... ) Same, a roll of toilet paper in advance will be left in the property. The coffee machine is a Dolce Gusto We provide one pod per person/breakfast, as well as herbal tea or tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Guest access The place is fully privatized for guests. Whenever possible, we prefer to hand over the keys in person 👍
