At Zozia Homestay, every corner is made to feel like home 🤍 We have 5 private rooms, each for double occupancy, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. Every room comes with a cosy bed & attached washroom. A small note: rooms are booked based on the number of guests. For 6 guests, 3 rooms will be booked. The entire property is not exclusive unless all 5 rooms are booked. Come as you are. Located on the 1st and 2nd floors, Zozia comes with parking available at the property. From the parking area, you’ll need to take a short 100–150 metre walk to reach the property. The location is perfect for exploring Bir at an easy pace — Bir Market is around a 10-minute walk, while the Landing Site is around 15 minutes away on foot. 🌿 Whether you’re here to unwind, explore the nearby market and landing site, take peaceful walks, or simply sit with a view — Zozia is all about feeling at home. Other things to note House Guidelines 🌿 • Kitchen Access: To keep the kitchen comfortable and manageable for everyone, kitchen access is available only to long-term guests. We kindly request short-term guests to enjoy their meals in our common area. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth experience for everyone. 🤍 • Using Kitchen Cutlery: If you happen to use any cutlery, plates, cups, or utensils from the kitchen, we kindly request you to wash and return them after use. If you’d prefer our house help to take care of the cleaning, you’re welcome to request her assistance at a small additional charge. This simply helps us keep the kitchen clean and ready for everyone. 🌿 • Restaurant & Common Area: We have a comfortable common area where you can enjoy your meals, relax, and spend time together. We encourage guests to use this space instead of dining in the rooms, helping us keep the rooms clean and comfortable. • Quiet Hours: After 11 pm, we request you to keep noise and disturbances to a minimum so everyone can rest comfortably. You’re absolutely free to enjoy your time at Zozia—just a little mindfulness goes a long way. 😊 • Linen & Toiletries: Fresh bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and toiletries can be requested during your stay, especially for longer stays, at no extra charge. • Celebrations & Decorations: Celebrating something special? We’d love for you to enjoy the moment! 🤍 We only request that you avoid using tapes, adhesives, or anything that may leave marks or impressions on the walls. Please be mindful of the space and leave it as you found it. • Additional Cleaning: We understand that accidents can happen. However, cleaning beyond the regular housekeeping service—such as cleaning after vomiting, spills, stains, or any other unusual mess—may incur a small additional cleaning charge, depending on the extent of cleaning required. This helps us cover the extra time and effort involved in restoring the space. • Damages: If anything is accidentally broken or damaged during your stay, we kindly request that you compensate for it at its original/replacement value, either in cash or kind.
