The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story apartment building at Wolgaster Straße 141-139. The comfortable sofa bed in the living/dining room has a size of 1.40 m x 2.00 m and can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there is a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV in this room. The stairs in this room lead to the gallery, where the open sleeping area is located. There are two beds (total size 1.80 m x 2.00 m), which we can also separate for you on request, as well as a wardrobe. The tastefully decorated bathroom has a hairdryer, shower, sink and toilet. Of course, we also have towels, hand soap and toilet paper ready for you. In the fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, two hotplates, fridge, etc.) you will find everything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation. All rooms, except the kitchen and bathroom, are lined with laminate. A lockable bicycle storage room is located behind the house in the courtyard. Numerous sights such as the Pomeranian State Museum, Greifswald Cathedral St. Nikolai, the museum harbor, the historic market, or the university are within walking distance. A variety of restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. Guest access The keys to the apartment are available on the day of arrival during opening hours (Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm) at our reception at Friedrich-Loeffler-Straße 43. ATTENTION: Outside of opening hours, you can get your apartment key at any time at our key terminal. This is located inside the entrance area of our reception at Friedrich-Loeffler-Straße 43. To enter the entrance area of our reception and for the key distribution at the key terminal, you need a personal 6-digit code, which you will receive from us after booking. The 1.5-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor Other things to note Note on overnight tax in Greifswald In the Hanseatic city of Greifswald, an overnight stay tax of €3.00 per adult per night is levied on every overnight stay in hotels, apartments, vacation apartments or similar accommodations. As an overnight business, we are legally obliged to collect this tax from our guests and forward it to the city of Greifswald. For some booking portals, the overnight stay tax can be collected directly automatically. Unfortunately, this is not currently possible on Airbnb.
