Perfect location to visit Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Brevard Zoo, Cruises, Cocoa Beach Pier & the Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop! The space House is equipped with ample space for the entire family. Primary bedroom has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom #4 has 2 bunk beds. Guest access Entire House is yours during your stay. Other things to note For the safety of our guests, the outdoor space is equipped with security cameras front and back. The garage also features a security camera and is not to be used for parking vehicles in. However, you may use the garage during your stay for storage needs. -NO Parties or Events -NO SMOKING, NO VAPING of ANY KIND, or ANY SUBSTANCE on the property by Guests at any time. Any smoking smell found in any room will incur an extra $500 deep clean fee, and guests will face immediate eviction by authorities. -NO unregistered guests may stay at the home overnight. Each guest must be registered by name and age within your reservation. Host must be notified through messaging about unregistered guests that visit during the day (ie. family and friends in the area). Quiet hours around the pool between 10 pm and 8 am to respect our friendly neighbors. Throughout the day please be considerate of neighbors by not making excessive noise or litter within the neighborhood. -NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED. Per city ordinance, violators will be ticketed and towed! -NO Parking in the garage or front yard -NO pets by Guests at any time. Any Pets found in the property will incur a $500 deep clean fee and guests will face immediate eviction by authorities with no refund of any monies paid. -NO food, dishware, or glassware in or near the pool. No glassware on the pool deck. - Pool is heated upon 24-hour request and will not be heated to excessive temperatures. Hot tub will automatically start to heat once it's been turned on at the controller mounted on house next to the hot tub. -For stays starting between November and April, the pool can be heated with 24-hour request. The temperature it will be heated to will depend on the ambient temperature. For these stays, there is an additional $50/day charge to heat the pool (minimum 6 day charge). This optional charge applies only if you choose to have the pool heated during your stay. This is charged to you as an additional fee after your stay. The charge applies to all days of your stay in which the pool heater's is running for the pool only regardless of the November thru April stays. -There is an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering pool or hot tub on the side of the house. Guests must use these to clean off sand prior to entering the pool and home. Excess sand in the pool will damage the pool equipment and Guests will be responsible for damages up to the actual cost of the repair. -NO seashells in the pool and please keep children from playing with the skimmer. Guests are asked to avoid having seashells and small toys in the pool. Please remove all items from the pool when not in use. -NO Tampering with the pool equipment is allowed and never remove the skimmer basket from the skimmer box while the pool is running. Tampering or damaging pool equipment will incur a minimum fee of $200 up to the actual costs to repair any damage. Please ensure that all doors and windows remain closed while the Air Conditioning is running. This includes the door to the garage. The AC cannot cool the garage.
