The space Rooms/inventory The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, hairdryer, TV, etc. We ask you to take care of all inventory. Damaged or destroyed property will be charged. Apartment details - Ground floor - Total size 58 m2 - Bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed - Living room with couch and dining table - Kitchen - Bathroom with shower Guest access Arrival / departure On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. You will receive the access code one day before arrival. In order to ensure a smooth transition between arrival and departure, we ask that you vacate your rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. Other things to note Smoking/Vaporizer Smoking and vaporizers are prohibited throughout the entire building at “Am Renngraben 1”. It is expressly forbidden to smoke in the apartments and any other rooms, this also applies to vaporizers and other technical and mechanical smoking devices. Night's rest From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., nighttime silence applies in all apartments, hallways and the outdoor area. Failure to observe the night's rest can lead to immediate expulsion from the house. We expect respectful treatment of other guests and residents. After 10 p.m., when leaving and returning to the apartments, all noise above normal room volume must be avoided out of consideration for other guests and neighbors. Animals Animals are strictly forbidden for hygienic reasons! parking Use of the parking spaces at “Am Renngraben 1” is at your own risk.
