Ideally located house, close to the D910 (N10) and the A10 Paris-Bordeaux highway between the Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine exit and the Châtellerault exit, close to the Loire Valley Castles, Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo. Spacious, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will stay in a quiet little village. The space Accommodation of about 120 m² On the ground floor a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds as well as a travel cot and an old baby bed, a bathroom with toilet. At the front of the house you have access to a closed courtyard, a terrace and a 50 m² barn attached to the house. Possibility to park in the courtyard or in a free parking lot right next to the house accessible to motorhomes.
