Large windows allow you to enjoy natural light and fresh air throughout the day. The space The accommodation is in a well-appointed three-story house, providing a cozy and inviting environment. You’ll have full access to all shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, with a large refrigerator, TV, and a complete set of cooking utensils. There’s also a laundry room on the fourth floor, as well as a lovely outdoor garden to relax in. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer workation, everything is set up for your comfort. Guest access Guests have full access to all common amenities within the house. The shared kitchen is perfect for cooking your favorite meals, while the laundry room makes it easy to do your washing. You can also enjoy the outdoor garden, a peaceful spot for unwinding. In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided throughout the house to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. Extra cleaning during your stay is available upon request for 200,000 VNĐ per session. • Towels & Blankets: Fresh towels and blankets are provided at check-in. If you wish to change them during your stay, a small fee of 50,000 VNĐ per set applies. • Kitchen Use: Please wash your dishes and keep the kitchen tidy after use so the space remains comfortable for everyone. • Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of your trash in the communal bins located outside in the urban yard. • Quiet Hours: To respect the neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors. A cleaning and deodorizing fee of 3,000,000 VNĐ will be charged if violated. • Energy Use: Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment. • Pool & Gym Access: Casamia residents enjoy a 50% discount on pool and gym access. The pool is closed from November to April due to seasonal conditions. After discount: • Pool or gym: 40,000 VNĐ per visit or 900,000 VNĐ / 30 visits • Combo (pool + gym): 60,000 VNĐ per visit or 1,500,000 VNĐ / 30 visits • Washing Machine: Please avoid using the washing machine after 9:00 p.m. to prevent water pump noise. • Key: A key will be provided during your stay. Please return it to its original place before check-out. A replacement fee of 500,000 VNĐ applies if the key is lost.
