Le Four de Mimile near the lakes

Come and taste the calm of the Champagne countryside in this completely restored old village house. Close to Troyes, lakes, the Orient forest and vineyards. The gîte of approximately 140 m2 is certified (meets specifications, and is controlled). The space The ground floor has a veranda, entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, large living room with fireplace, WC and shower room. The first floor offers a relaxation area with library, a second bathroom with WC, laundry room and 3 bedrooms. Please note: 1) the house has steps (stairs). Sleeping arrangements are exclusively located upstairs, accessible by a staircase. 2) In room 2, the single beds can be joined into a "king size" bed, upon request at the time of registration. 3) An enclosed courtyard and gravelled (low wall and fence) is at your disposal. 4) As advertised, we do not provide basic toiletries: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and towels (this last service is optional at a cost of €5 per person for the stay). Guest access Travelers benefit from the entire house, as well as the courtyard (likely to be crossed by guests to access the outbuildings). Other things to note We can advise travelers on hikes in the area, depending on the need. Chantal organizes recreational moments around board games (contact us beforehand if interested).
