Relax, unwind and above all, enjoy. You can do that at le petit Paon. In a small village in Northern France is this luxurious and cozy house with 1200m2 fully fenced garden (min 1.20 high) and extensive wellness. The sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pond are at your disposal. There is a rural kitchen, full of comforts, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and spacious walk-in shower. Everything is available for the perfect vacation or weekend getaway. The space You enter the cozy dining kitchen through the garden, equipped with oven, Smeg fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and spacious dining table. Next to the kitchen is the door to the bathroom with freestanding bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Through a staircase of 3 steps, you enter the living room. Here you will find a lovely sofa, armchair, 2 chairs with chess table, smart TV with Netflix, desk and a cupboard with dishes and games. From the living room you can go to the 2 bedrooms, which can be closed by means of a barn door. In room 1 there is a real French bed of 1.40 wide, a spacious wardrobe and a seat. Room 2 has a spacious bed of 1.60, wardrobe and a "telephone bench". Outside, there is a large garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees, and of course the wellness area. Here you will find a lovely Jacuzzi, a large sauna and a natural swimming pond. On the terrace, you will find seats, hammocks and lovely sun loungers. Guest access Everything is private for you. We will be there to welcome you, or you can enter through the key box. *We welcome pets. We do not have a maximum number of dogs, but we can check together whether the number is suitable for the house, for the most fantastic vacation possible* Other things to note The wellness area is protected by a fence, which is safe. Dogs are welcome free of charge, but are not allowed in the swimming pond.
