We do allow pets in this Unit as long as they are well behaved and comfortable if left alone. While this apartment is not on the beach, it is just a few steps away from the public access boardwalk path. This is a walk-able neighborhood. Leave your car and take a stroll to breakfast, lunch, and several dinner locations. There is even a brand new brewery nearby! Provided is a book of local menus and maps so you can get an idea of what is available nearby. Hoping you'll choose Beach Avenue #3 for your get away! You will have access to a 1 bedroom apartment with a private back patio. There is an outdoor shower located on the far side of the building. You may also use any beach accessories located in the 1st storage unit. Please rinse and return items when you are finished. Please contact me should you need anything during your stay. I respond to you very quickly. This is a quiet and small neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly. The Jolley Trolley provides transportation service to Clearwater Beach Transit Center, Island Estates, North Clearwater Beach, South Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Park, Bay Park, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, John's Pass Village, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you have a larger group there are 2 other apartments available. Beach Avenue #5 & Beach Avenue #6 The beach is located just across from the apartment. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, cafes, a surf shop, park with a playground and a basketball court. For shopping or Charter boat fishing John's Pass is located 3 miles South in Madeira Beach.
