First floor apt near the beach

Well appointed apartment on the middle floor of Forest View Apartments, with a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun! The apartment is fully airconditioned, has a large smart TV and free WiFi included. Separate bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen with among others fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and 2 ring hub. And a washing machine, especially handy for longer stays! The space Forest View was constructed to high standards, we welcomed our first guests in this apartment in January 2020. C7 is on the middle floor and once you enter the complex you find your way just up the stairs from the lobby. When entering the apartment you will notice that it is spacious and beautiful wooden features. We provided the basics that you need and the apartment with some unique furniture. One feature of the apartment is the kitchen which is part of the open plan, air conditioned, living room. We provide a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine which are very useful for long stays. Other amenities are an electrical oven, gas hobs and a microwave. There are several mini-markets in the area for your shopping. The ensuite double bedded bedroom has direct balcony access. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower in addition to a toilet and a washbasin with a nice large mirror. From the balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon sun with views and see what is happening on the street. You will enjoy free WiFi throughout this apartment and a large TV The reception and other staff of Urban (who manage the Forest View Complex) are really helpful, should you have any questions. There is an automatic stand by generator for those moments that the national grid goes off. We will make sure the apartment is cleaned upon arrival and then twice a week we will come and clean. Enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have C7 to yourself. The communal areas like the lobby, courtyard and pool are shared with other residents. Other things to note We provide cleaning on twice a week rota. Once a week we change the bedlinen, towels are changed twice a week. We ask that you put your trash on a daily basis in the designated area of Forest View, the reception staff can guide you to where it is located.
