La Piattaforma is a 140m2 apartment with high ceilings inside a historic building from 1924 that boasts a private and equipped access to the sea. La Piattaforma will make your stay unique with the possibility of taking a bath at any time while seeing the mountains of Greece and Albania. In an exclusive and refined environment you can admire the beauty of the places and landscapes comfortably without moving. The space The apartment is consisting of two double bedrooms with hot / cold air conditioning and a large living room with a full size sofa bed if necessary with hot / cold air conditioning. It has two bathrooms (one large and one service) and a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine),both without hot/cold air conditioning but a portable heater/fan can be provided free of charge depending on the season of the booking. All rooms are comfortable with high ceilings and large windows. Guests have the opportunity to use a reserved area 24 hours a day with sun loungers and umbrella placed on a comfortable platform with access to the sea facilitated by a pool-style ladder.(Guaranteed only for the summer periods from June to September) It comes with a first set of sheets and linen. (supplement from the second set) Guest access The apartment is rented in its entirety Upon arrival, identity documents will be required as well as the payment of €1.00 tourist tax per person per night (for a maximum of 5 nights) and a cleaning fee of €60.00.
