This add-on option includes 1-King bedroom, 1-Bath, open concept kitchen/living room with additional 1-Double bed sleeper sofa, and laundry. Guest access This in-law apartment is only offered as an add-on to a main house rental during the summer months and by itself in the winter months. There is a keyless private entry that opens to the right side driveway and backyard access. Access by way of the blue stairs, seen in the hallway photo lead to the main house kitchen. When booked together with the main house, there is a double-sided bolt on this door. If this add-on is booked this security bolt is left unlocked to accommodate the in-law add-on expansion. If booked by itself in the winter months only access to the apartment is available and main house remains empty making this space very cozy and private. This stay includes high speed internet, 2 roku ready TVs, full sized washer & dryer. There is room for 4 by way of 1 king-size bed in the bedroom, and a couch that converts into a double bed in the open concept livingroom/kitchen area. Other things to note All house rules and information can be found in the kitchen. This property is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of a woodline making it a very private retreat. The neighbors are full time residents and town quite hours are at 11pm. Please be respectful of noise levels, but also have a great time!
