The space Located in the peaceful and green neighbourhood of Hither Green (Zone 3), our home offers the best of both worlds — local charm and excellent connections. The train station is just a short walk away, with direct lines to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo, and Cannon Street in around 20 minutes, making it ideal for exploring both the city centre and the financial district. Our flat is full of personality and thoughtfulness, designed with reclaimed materials sourced entirely from London. Though compact, it has been smartly converted into a two-bedroom space to accommodate families or small groups comfortably. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a projector for cosy movie nights — your very own in-bed cinema experience. The second bedroom has a custom-built bunk bed and desk, creating a magical corner for children to read, draw, or enjoy quiet time. We also offer a memory foam roll-out mattress for larger groups (up to 5 people), and a small sofa that comfortably fits a child under 5ft6. The wraparound balcony is a highlight — perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, with charming views of a local park and an elegant Victorian clocktower. The bathroom is simple and clean, with both a bathtub and shower. Most lights and the fireplace are controlled via smart home technology — we’ll show you everything you need to know, and are always available if you have questions. We’re away often for work, so we’re opening up our beloved little London home to thoughtful guests who’ll enjoy its warm character and peaceful vibe. Guest access Freely able to access all rooms however there are a variety of locked cupboards that are not accessible that have key locks on them. there is only 1 set of floor to ceiling drawers that have not been locked in the bedroom so please refrain from using these. Other things to note There is a 2 step security to enter the apartment via 2 lock boxes (1 directly outside main entrance and the second inside a hallway closet directly outside the 5th floor apartment door. This will be clearly shown for you with all codes given prior to arrival
