Between land and sea, located a few pedals from the Alabaster Coast, the property embodies the characteristic charm of the Normandy longs. Composed of 4 bedrooms, all comfortable and warm. These bedrooms include a suite, two small bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed), and a dormitory with 3 single beds and a crib. Finally on the 1st floor landing, the game room can be converted into an extra bedroom. The space Cocooning the right way, the living room features a wood burning stove perfect for your cool, rainy evenings! On the ground floor is also the suite (equipped with a bathtub), a small bedroom and individual toilets. On the 1st floor, (under attic typical of the longères) you will find: a dorm room composed of three single beds and with a large space for a baby bed already present; the very cozy double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet as well as a mezzanine /games room with sofa bed that can be used as an extra room. This house is perfect for families, and you have everything you need to also accommodate an infant / toddler (high chair; sunbed; bathtub; crib; children's games etc). Please note that linens are not included. If you wish, the rate is €20 per bed (sheets + towels). The laundry fee is to be paid upon your arrival at the concierge. The garden furniture will also allow you to enjoy the park and the tranquility of the house while the children can play in a dedicated playground (2 swings, slide, wooden hut, small climbing wall). Finally, its location in the Alabaster Coast is ideal: 5 min from Luneray where you will find all the shops and recognized market! 10 min from Veules les Roses one of the most beautiful villages in France! As well as 15 min from a multitude of villages prettier than each other! Other things to note Bachelor/hen parties are prohibited. No Smoking in the house. 2 parking spaces are provided at the entrance to the house, do not go further into the garden with it.
