Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home in the village of Markfield in North Leicestershire. Located only 2 miles from the stunning Bradgate Park, and close to many other nature beauty spots, you will have many options for exploring the surrounding countryside. There are many country pubs and cafes nearby for a meal or drink. A few miles North of Leicester City centre, you have city life a short drive or bus ride away. Located right next to the M1 and A6 for convenient travel. The space The property is a terraced property with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a lounge and kitchen diner downstairs. There is a table with 4 chairs to dine at. There is a small enclosed garden at the rear and a small driveway at the front on which 1 car can park diagonally. The property boasts a brand new bathroom suite and has been freshly decorated and tastefully styled throughout. You will find the home to be meticulously cleaned and prepared for your stay, with special touches such as hotel style toiletries and tea and coffee sachets provided to get you started. We endeavour to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and present a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. The property is NOT to be used for parties. The property is limited to 4 guests. Guest access The full property and garden can be used by guests. Please be sure not to block the neighbours driveways. There are driveways either side of the property where cars park diagonally and need to drive on and off diagonally, so please be sure not block them in as this causes an inconvenience to neighbours. parking round the corner opposite the shop is suggested if you have more than 1 car. Other things to note There is a shop, post office, cash machine, postbox and pharmacy a 30 second walk from the property. There is also a bus stop even closer than that from where you could get a bus into Leicester City Centre. Markfield is right next to the M1 motorway and also the A50 taking you into Leicester City Centre. Also in Markfield there are several takeaways and a Co-op which has a cash machine. Leicester City Centre is a 20 minute 8 mile drive away and has everything that a city can offer. Great shopping! Great nightlife! Great restaurants! There is a cinema and indoor mini golf to keep you entertained too!
