Downstairs, the lower-level lounge offers a dedicated workspace for remote workers, free washer and dryer access, and an entertainment hub with a large selection of board games, puzzles, and a Bluetooth AI chess board. TVs on both levels allow guests to stream their favorite content by signing into their own accounts. The Fern is a perfect choice for a bridal party anticipating a wedding at Oglebay Park, with plenty of space to relax, get ready, and make memories. Arrangements can even be made for a local salon team to come to the home to create stunning updos and styles for your big day. The free off street parking in the driveway can fit 3 cars and there is additional free on street parking. For stays longer than one week, we kindly ask to prearrange a time for the host to drop by for a few min to water and care for the plants. This quick visit ensures the plants remain healthy and thriving during your stay. We also politely ask guests not to water the plants unless you’re an experienced plant owner or have reached out to us for guidance. Proper care is essential for their health, and we’re happy to handle it for you! It’s worth noting that live plants sometimes attract a few little bugs—this is completely normal. If you notice any, please let us know right away so we can treat the plants promptly and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for you. Additionally, our friendly neighbor has a small chicken coop with a few chickens. While it’s rare to hear them, we want you to know they are part of the peaceful charm of the neighborhood.
