House with Lake and Nature

The house is located slightly on a hill, in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains on the edge of the village of Consiglio di Rumo - Gravedona ed Uniti. It is reached by a municipal road and is 10 minutes by car from the center and the lake. The entrance to the property is directly from the street through a car/pedestrian gate. Perfect for a couple, sofa bed available for children - upon request. Great starting point for bike tours. The space The attic is on the second floor. The entrance to the property is on the road - your parking space - uncovered - is located inside the property, on the left of the entrance gate. The attic is reached by a flight of internal stairs. It consists of a large living area, with a kitchen and living room and a small covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs. A double bedroom A bathroom with shower The living area has two windows from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and mountains A French door allows access to the terrace. The double bedroom has a window overlooking the garden and the entrance gate (from where your parking space is visible). The bathroom has a window overlooking the lawns. It is a perfect starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains, which offer numerous treks to be done on foot or by bicycle. It is possible to store the bicycle inside the fully fenced property (for the charging of the e-bike, a supplement is required to be paid on site. The host does not have a charging cable for the e-bike). The bicycle can be stored under the porch of the entrance door. The attic consists of: LIVING AREA: KITCHEN: the water is drinkable! kitchen equipped and complete with appliances (gas stoves - electric oven - dishwasher - refrigerator - freezer - microwave - coffee machine with capsules - toaster - kettle - juicer - immersion blender) Available: 2 kitchen towels - dish sponge - dishwasher tablets - dishwasher detergent DINING/LIVING ROOM: table with chairs, sofa bed. 1 floor fan available BATHROOM: with shower, bathtub, bidet. Available: 1 set of towels/guest (shower towel + medium towel) BEDROOM: double bed single loft bed 2-door wardrobe. TERRACE with a table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome, in accordance with the rules, but they cannot be left free in the garden as the host also owns a dog. Guest access The attic is for the exclusive use of guests. It is reached by going up an internal staircase. The property is fenced and there is a pedestrian gate and a car gate. Other things to note The area is quiet, a car is recommended as the village with shops, bars, bakeries and pizzerias is about a 20-minute walk away - remember that the return, if you go down on foot - is uphill. The supermarket we recommend is about a 10-minute drive away, IPERAL in Dongo - Via Statale, 208, 22014 Dongo (CO), and is well stocked with quality products. You can also find excellent local products. About 3 minutes by car from the house, going up towards the hamlet of Brenzio, there is an excellent pizzeria restaurant "La Fattoria" - booking is recommended. If you also want to plan a lunch or dinner in a typical crotto of the lake, you can browse: Crotto Isidoro - Stazzona - Via Vanzonico, 14, 22010 reservation recommended. In Gravedona there is a general hospital with a 24-hour emergency room. The main entrance is shared with the host. The parking space is uncovered, inside the fully fenced property. Only an initial supply of bedding and bath linens is provided. - Bathroom set: 1 large towel + 1 medium towel. The supply of extra bath linens during the stay is only upon the guest's request and subject to a payment of 3 euros per set. Possibility of providing a microfiber towel for the lake, upon request, with a supplement to be paid on-site of €2 per person. In Gravedona, there are laundromats with washing and drying facilities. Possibility to arrange a free late check-out with the host, after 10 a.m., if the apartment is available.
