The bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower and a Toto washlet. Mini fridge + coffee maker. Shared hot tub, 91 degree heated pool, and outdoor shower. Shared roof deck with a 360-degree view of the Pines. Small gym beneath the house. New construction (2014). Note that there is no access to the main house, shared kitchen nor living room. Other things to note We have a three-night minimum for any holiday weekend including Pines Party weekend and a four-night minimum over July 4th weekend.
