K & K or Ampeli was a family accommodation for many years. It's small but spacious for a family of four. Near the second square of the village where the visitor can park his car. At a distance of 25m, the terrace of the house emerges. Through the foliage of fruit trees and flowers emerges Kalopanayiotis and the mountains of Troodos. It is the perfect destination for isolation, empowerment, contact with nature and the possibility of inspiration for teleworking! The space The house consists of 3 rooms with a total area of 30 sqm. The first is essentially a shared space where the TV, beds and sofa are located, the second is the kitchen with everything you need and the third is the bathroom. It has all the necessary equipment for a short stay. The terrace is in a remarkable location, where depending on the time and weather conditions it offers the desired sunshine (winter) or coolness of summer. Guest access The house is located in a central spot of the village. From the Community Council square in the direction of Troodos at 200m is the next square where the visitor can park his car. Following the path "vineyard street" at 25m on your right you will find the terrace of the house. Although centrally located, the house offers privacy from neighbors, quiet from the street and panoramic views of the Troodos mountains! Other things to note This small house is located in an area with fruit trees. The view it offers is panoramic.
